Endeavour to resolve the complaint without delay.

If the complaint has not been resolved to a mutually satisfactory conclusion in an agreed period, all issues will then be handed to a senior member of the company.

Contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that we will do all we can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
